We understand how valuable your time is, so we make every effort to remain on time. We do not double book our reservations. We feel that you deserve our complete and focused attention so that we may provide the best care possible. Your reserved time is exclusively yours.
We want you to be comfortable with our team. If you ever have any questions about your dental treatment, financial or insurance questions, or any concerns at all, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We will be glad to clarify any uncertainties that may arise.
Your portion of your treatment is expected at the time of your services. For your convenience we do accept many forms of payment including cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Online Payments, and we also offer third party financing, which includes both interest free programs and extended financing.
Your scheduled reservation is exclusively for you. We require a 72 hour notice in the event that you need to change your reservation in order to provide you with this personalized attention. We understand that sometimes emergencies arise that require a reservation to be changed. If sufficient notice is not given, your account will automatically be charged a broken reservation fee of $150 per hour of scheduled time. We ask that you make every effort to keep your reserved time.
Our team strives to provide convenient, simple financial options in order to accommodate your family’s needs. Dr. James D. Powell is a Delta Dental Premier provider and United Concordia ELITE provider. We accept all patients and our HMO insured patients choose one of our payment options.
We ask that you realize that we don’t work for a dental insurance company. Rather, we work 100% for our patients. We feel that dental insurance can be a great benefit for many patients, and we want you to know we will do everything in our power to ensure you get every benefit allotted in your insurance contract. However, the treatments we recommend and the fees we charge will always be based on your individual needs, not your insurance coverage. We are committed to providing the care you need regardless of your insurance coverage. We provide courtesy billing for you to your insurance company.
